Design and Development Firm Provides Streamlined User Experience and Enhanced Website Design for Award-Winning Celebrity Agent

SEATTLE, WA–(Marketwired – December 16, 2015) – UpTop, a Seattle-based UX design and development company, is pleased to announce recent work with Sotheby’s Santa Barbara real estate professional, Suzanne Perkins.

Suzanne Perkins’ inventory of high profile real estate listings has included many famous and high net worth clients including the sellers of El Cojo and Jalama Ranch, the largest non-commercial transactions in California history totaling $155 million. UpTop has worked with Perkins for 15 years and through several iterations of her website. Most recently, UpTop designed and developed a new web property that conveys the unparalleled beauty of the Santa Barbara area and the elegance of her high-end properties.

UpTop’s team designed a responsive and mobile-optimized site with the goal of making the featured listings the focal point. This was accomplished by creating a clean, easy-to-navigate site that features large, high-resolution pictures of Suzanne Perkins’ listings. In addition to static pictures, UpTop created quick-loading slideshows of the images, coded the videos, and uploaded them to a Content Delivery Network.

“UpTop has been an amazing resource for me over the years,” Suzanne Perkins, Sotheby’s Real Estate, said. “They understand my business objectives and have built a web presence that showcases my listings in a way that speaks to prospective buyers and sellers alike. They are always there when I need them, and I can confidently say that they’ve contributed to my success.”

“It is UpTop’s goal to be a true partner to our clients,” Rick Wangen, UpTop Founder and Vice President of Operations, said. “It has been our pleasure to partner with Suzanne to create fantastic digital experiences for her customers, and to support her in producing ever-greater results as a real estate professional.”
