UpTop announces the promotion of Craig Nishizaki, Director of Business Development, to Senior Director of Business Development. Nishizaki has been a member of the UpTop Team since 2013 when Peak Systems rebranded itself under the UpTop name.

As Senior Director of Business Development, Nishizaki will lead UpTop’s Business Development Team to achieve annual revenue and profit margin targets. He is responsible for new account acquisition and account development across a portfolio of clients including: Amazon, Belkin, Disney, Identity Force, Microsoft, Paint Sundries Solutions, and Quorum Review IRB. Nishizaki also acts as a Business Leader for the UX Design and Research teams at UpTop.

“I am really excited about Craig taking on this role,” said Uptop’s CEO, John Sloat. “Most salespeople have a good understanding of the services that they sell, but Craig has more than a good understanding—he has an in-depth knowledge of User Experience Design and Web Development that makes him a tremendous asset for any client.”

Nishizaki’s career spans 20 years of experience in sales, consulting and executive leadership. In 2009, he left the telecommunications industry after 14 years and moved into the User Experience (UX) Design field joining an agency in Seattle where he acted as Director of Business Development. In 2013, the agency was acquired and rebranded as UpTop where he remained a vital member of the team.
